What This Site Is For
The site tells you about the studio, the artists and what we do, and makes it easy to get in touch.
Its forms open WhatsApp or your email app with your message already written. Nothing is booked, bought or reserved until we have replied and confirmed it with you.
Information, Not Medical Advice
The guides and aftercare information on this site are general. They are not medical advice, and they don't replace what your artist or piercer tells you about your own skin.
If something looks infected, or you are worried about how something is healing, see a doctor.
Prices
Prices on this site are starting points, shown to help you plan. The price you pay is the one we quote you at your consult, before any work starts.
We try to keep everything up to date. If a price on the site turns out to be an obvious mistake, we will tell you and quote the correct one before you commit to anything.
Bookings, Memberships And The Shop
Each of these has its own page, and those pages are part of these terms:
- Booking Policy: consults, deposits, rescheduling and the day itself.
- Membership Terms: the Inner Circle and its waiting list.
- Shipping & Returns: shop orders, gift vouchers and returns.
- Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy: what we do with your information.
Artwork And Content
Everything on this site, including the designs, flash, photographs, logos and writing, belongs to Step Up Tattoo Studio or to the artist who made it.
Please don't copy it, reuse it, or take it to another studio to be tattooed, without asking first. A custom design drawn for you is still the artist's work.
Other Companies' Services
This site links to, and embeds, services run by other companies: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Maps and Spotify. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they work.
Tattoo finance, where we offer it, is provided by a third party and is subject to their approval, terms and checks. Step Up does not set rates or decide approval, and we don't give financial advice.
What We Can And Can't Promise
We work hard to keep this site accurate and online, but we can't promise that it will always be error-free or available.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on the website alone instead of on what we have confirmed with you directly.
Nothing in these terms limits or removes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, or under any other law that can't be signed away.
